CHARACTER DESIGN
As a child, I often spent time alone, which led me to create an imaginary friend—a pig named Sebastian. Though he existed only in my imagination, he served as a devoted butler who protected me and kept me company when my parents were away. Over time, his presence faded from my memory, but I wanted to bring him back to life in a new form.
Thus, the character Sebastian was born, blending the elements of a pig and a butler into a unique concept. His polished suit, elegant monocle and hat, and signature mustache add a refined and sophisticated touch. His design was inspired by Kakao’s mascot Ryan and the Pringles character, resulting in a short and chubby figure that, despite its shape, can express a wide range of emotions through detailed facial expressions.
Sebastian is more than just a character; he is a recreation of the comforting presence that once protected and reassured me. No longer confined to my imagination, he is now a lovable and relatable figure that can bring joy to anyone. With his gentlemanly demeanor and adorable charm, I hope Sebastian adds a bit of warmth and delight to everyday life.
